NOTICE TO CREDITORS

TO ALL CREDITORS:

VERN D. KULENKAMP, Settlor and Initial Trustee of the VERN D. KULENKAMP LIVING TRUST, whose Date of Birth was January 2, 1931, and who lived at 14175 Schleweis Road, Manchester, MI  48158, died on or about March 12, 2024.  There is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against VERN D. KULENKAMP and/or the VERN D. KULENKAMP LIVING TRUST, dated October 19, 2015, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Co-Successor Trustee Caryl L. French, 12115 Harvest Drive, Grass Lake, MI  49240, within four months after the date of publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
