NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
May 13, 2024, 7:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Manchester City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Manchester City Hall, 912 City Rd, Manchester, MI 48158.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow public comment on the re-zoning of parcel #16-16-02-265-051 located at Riverbend Drive, between Mound Street and Ann Arbor Street (M-52), currently owned by James W. Mann. The request is to change the zoning from R-1B-Single Family Residential (Low Density) to C-2 zoning district. Application for rezoning may be reviewed at the City of Manchester Offices, located at 912 City Rd, Manchester, MI 48158.

If you would like to comment and are not able to attend the meeting, you may send written comments to the City Clerk, 912 City Rd, Manchester, MI 48158, or deliver them in person, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024.

The Manchester City Planning Commission will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services upon ten days’ notice. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Manchester City Clerk at (734) 428-7877.
