Manchester gathering for National Day of Prayer

Since 1952, the first Thursday in May has been designated the National Day of Prayer. The Manchester Area Ministerial Association welcomes you to gather at the gazebo in Wurster Park at noon on Thursday, May 2, for a time of prayer. In the spirit of this day, we invite people of any faith tradition to join us to pray for the nation. This short gathering is an opportunity for us to be part of an ecumenical faith community. We appreciate the chance to connect for prayer outside the walls of any particular church and in the natural beauty of Manchester.
