Sunrise nature hike in the Leonard Preserve

Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation will be holding a sunrise nature hike in the Leonard Preserve on Tuesday, June 11 from 8:30am to 10:30am. The River Raisin is spectacular on its own, but summer blooms and diverse habitats make wandering Leonard Preserve a true delight. We’ll explore the many ecosystems of while taking in the early summer beauty. Led by naturalist Elle Bogle.
Pre-registration is required. Register online at parksonline.ewashtenaw.org, click on “nature hikes”, scroll down and click on “Summer Adult Nature Hikes – 841009”. The Leonard Preserve hike is the first hike listed.
The parking lot of the Leonard Preserve is located at 375 N Union St. Please bring binoculars if you have them. Email boglee@washtenaw.org with any questions.
