Feast at Noggle Farms THIS FRIDAY

Are you a fan of beef? Have you ever wanted to try tasting every part of a steer?
Manchester Market will be providing a unique, al fresco dining experience here in Manchester this weekend. On Friday, June 14, from 4pm to 8pm at Noggle Farms, Chef Emmanuel, Head Butcher Afrim, and Head Baker Arie of Manchester Market and Grand River will present a one-of-a-kind dinner in the field, where whole steers will be cooked to perfection and diners will be able to sample meats from all parts of the steers!
Steaks of all descriptions will be available, including Ribeye, New York, Flank, and Picanha, to name a few, as well as Korean short ribs, smoked Angus meat, hamburgers, local vegetables roasted with tallow, potato salad and coleslaw made fresh at the Manchester Market, and Grand River Bakery’s cornbread. For dessert, Grand River Bakery is providing local strawberries offered as shortcake, brownies, and an assortment of cookies. Beverage choices include water, Pepsi, Sprite, and iced tea. There will be live music as the diners will be serenaded by Jason Peak.
Tickets cost $60 for adults and $18 for kids under 12. Tickets can be purchased at The Manchester Market or online on eventbrite.com BUT tickets must be purchased by Thursday, June 13! Noggle Farms is located at 15326 Kuhl Rd, just 4½ miles from downtown Manchester.
