NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the City of Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Manchester City Offices located at 912 City Road, Manchester, MI 48158 on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. During this meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following matter:

Variance for 229 S. Washington Street on Sec. 151.068 (b) (2) (d) to allow for square footage greater than the allowable amount for accessory structures located on a property.

Persons or their duly appointed representative having interest in said applications shall be there and then be heard at the above described meetings or adjournment thereof relative to any matters that should come before the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Details concerning the aforementioned matters may be examined by interested persons and written comments will be received, at the City of Manchester offices at 912 City Road during office hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
