Manchester Men’s Club is planning its 2024 annual fireworks display, starting at dusk July 3 at Carr Park in Manchester. (Rain date is July 4.)

Since we all know you don’t mess with success, there are very few changes to this year’s event! However, a new rock ’n’ roll band has been hired for this year, Blackstone Steel. Don’t miss their special addition to one of Manchester’s biggest and oldest traditional events, which draws spectators from across southeastern Michigan.

This year’s sponsor for the fireworks is our very own Worth Repeating. Their generous contribution to keeping this going is greatly appreciated by the Men’s Club and the community, and keeps our display noteworthy!

Donations are, of course, appreciated for the fireworks. Watch for the Men’s Club golf carts to be cruising your neighborhood on the afternoon of July 3 if you decide to stay at home. And if you and your family make the trip to Carr Park, there will be collection barrels at all entrances, manned by smiling Men’s Club members eager to remind you that all proceeds collected this year will go directly into next year’s fund.

The Men’s Club has done so many great things for the community over the years, so let’s show our appreciation for their Manchester spirit!
