The free Thursday Gazebo Concert Series continues this week. Bring chairs or a blanket to sit on and come listen to John Louis Good & the Rose City Troubadours, a rockabilly/Americana band from southern Michigan, in Wurster Park this Thursday, July 25, from 7pm to 8pm. Good, whose hometown is Jackson, is known to play occasionally at the Village Tap. Rain location is Emanuel Church, 324 W Main St (kitty-corner to the park). This concert is sponsored by the Manchester District Library and R. D. Kleinschmidt.

Mark your calendars: Next week, Thursday, August 1, Reaction Shell will be performing Irish American music.

For as little as $1 a month, you can keep Manchester-focused news coverage alive.
