SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

July 9, 2024, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none   100+ public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for June 11, 2024
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To allow the clerk to spend up to $1,000 to purchase the required equipment needed to conduct the upcoming elections
4. To adopt resolution 2024-12 to place renewal proposition of .2497 mills for road maintenance to be on the November 5, 2024, ballot
5. Warrants
6. To purchase 2,000 Forever stamps since the price is increasing .05 on July 14
