He was born on December 3, 1956, in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Richard and Ann Mary (Ball) McCarthy. Bill married the love of his life, Robin Rogers, on July 28, 1984 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.   He will be remembered as an extremely loving husband, father and grandfather that cherished his family and was a great provider.
