Letter to the editor: Library thanks Summer Reading Program donors

Manchester District Library’s Summer Reading Program is officially over, and with nearly 200 participants we’d say it was a huge success! We’d like to give our thanks to the following generous local merchants who filled our gift boxes with wonderful prizes: The Sassy Peacock, The Manchester Market, River Raisin Distillery, and the Manchester Community Fair. We also thank Clinton Theater, Emagine Theater, Croswell Theater, and the Purple Rose for tickets and gift certificates gifted to us for our reading patrons.   

We are truly grateful to all who helped make this another wonderful Summer Reading summer.
