NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Manchester Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Manchester Township Hall Board Room, located at 275 South Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158, on August 27, 2024, at 6:30pm. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed variance for a rear setback variance on premises located at 565 Edgewood Court, parcel number P-16-31-362-005. The applicant is seeking relief of the rear yard setback distance from 35 feet to 10 feet, per Section 6.04(E)(3). Detailed plans for review and written comments regarding the proposed variance should be directed to the Manchester Township Clerk at Manchester Township, 275 South Macomb Street, Manchester, MI 48158.
