He was born on April 15, 1945, in Norman, Okla., to John and Josephine (Wolfe) McGuire, Sr. John married the love of his life, Karin Eisenreich, on March 21, 1970, in Toledo, Ohio. He will be remembered for his dedication to education. John was a Central Catholic High School, Toledo, Ohio, graduate, class of 1963, and then University of Toledo and Siena Heights University. He dedicated his life to education in the Manchester Schools in many areas, including coaching football, retiring in 2008. John loved working with his students and people in general. He would help anyone in need, without expecting anything in return. John had a love for technology. He was just an all-around good man. John was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and traveling, always on the lookout for a new restaurant to try out. Above all, John cherished his time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will greatly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
