SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

August 13, 2024, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl/absent: Schaible/65+ public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer, and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for July 9, 2024
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To accept a bid to have the town hall floors professionally cleaned on August 23 for $1,400
4. Warrants

Meeting adjourned at 10:04p.m.
