Manchester Community Schools Music Instruments Request for Proposal

In our continuous commitment to enhancing class offerings and support the arts, we are seeking bids for music instruments for our students. Sealed proposals will be received at the Manchester Community Schools at 710 E Main Street, Manchester, MI. 48158 until September 10th, 2024 at 9:00 AM EST. Bids will be accepted in its entirety as outlined in the posted RFP document. Project Timeline

• Release of RFP: August 26th, 2024
• Technical Question Deadline: September 2nd, 2024, 3:00 PM EST
• Proposal Due Date and Time: September 10th, 2024 9:00 AM EST
• Bid Opening: September 10th, 2024 9:30 AM EST
• Board Approval of Award September 16th, 2024
• RFP Awarded: September 17th, 2024
• Project Completion Date: As soon as possible after being awarded.

Bids are to be sealed and addressed to: Manchester Community Schools, Attn: Shannon Cajic, 710 E. Main Street, Manchester, MI. 48158 and plainly marked on the outside “A Bid for Manchester Community Schools – “Music Instruments – BID”. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. The Manchester Community Schools reserves the right to waive informalities to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts of any and all bids.
