In an election year filled with memes and “vibes,” even the traditional “I Voted” sticker is getting a makeover.

Michigan has approved nine new stickers that voters can wear after casting their ballots. The winning entries in the state’s first “I Voted” design contest range from funny and cute to downright quirky.

Students and residents of all ages submitted more than 480 designs for the Nov. 5 general election. More than 57,000 people voted on their favorites.

“I was overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and creativity of the people of our great state. Now, let’s use the same energy in casting a vote this November,” said Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson in a statement Wednesday.

The winning designs, as shown above, are listed in order:

Elementary/ Middle School winners: Jane Hynous of Grosse Pointe, a student at Brownell Middle School. Gabby Warner of Rockford. Katelyn Stouffer-Hopkins of Lansing

High School winners: Olivia Smiertka of Holly, a student at Holly High School. Michelle Lekhtman of West Bloomfield, a student at West Bloomfield High School. Andrew Brasher of Saint Louis, a student at Alma High School.

General entry winners: Kelsey Winiarski of Livonia, Breanna Tanner of Grand Rapids, and Madelyn VerVaecke of Livonia.
