U.S. Rep. Debbie Dingell stopped in Manchester on August 27 to tour Noggle Farms. Afterward she shared, “Great to visit Noggle Farms, a family-run beef-cattle farm in Manchester Township, to discuss their operation. We had meaningful conversations about the Farm Bill and the impact of carbon from cattle. And I loved getting to go on a hayride.”
