MEETING SYNOPSIS

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:03 p.m. Five board members were present (quorum) with 1 citizen in attendance. The board heard no citizen participation. The board approved the 5-Sep-24 meeting minutes as amended. Board approved the agenda as amended. Rana Emmons, C.P.A. from PSLZ LLC presented an overview of the fiscal year 23-24 audit. The board approved monthly claims of $25,490.49. The board approved the proposal from Driven Design Studio. The Board approved the amendment to the Zoning Ordinance 67-7. The Board approve the quote from Neff Trucking & Contracting Inc. for snow removal. The Board approved the proposal from Luckhart Plumbing & Heating. The Board agreed to prepare a township newsletter to be mailed with the winter tax bills. Board heard Supervisor and Clerk reports. The Board received written reports from the Sheriff, Planning Commission, and the Zoning administrator. Meeting adjourned at 9:25 p.m.
