SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

October 8, 2024, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:02pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none   17 public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for September 10, 2024
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To contact the township attorney and court on the status of the violations and enforce the court order.
4. To approve Mason Horning’s application to put 65ac. on parcel # N-14-24-300-003 in the Farmland and Open Space Preservation Program  PA 116.
5. To approve the payment of the bill from Decker Insurance Agency for the township insurance policy.
6. Warrants
