Letter to the editor: Thank you to the City DPW staff

Thank you to our City DPW staff who work hard maintaining our walking path! Just recently they ended the leaf-removal season and suddenly it was time to clear the snow and ice and apply salt. It’s obvious that sometimes they have had to clear trees and big branches that fell onto our pathway. We are grateful that they manage to get the path cleared early before all of us walkers, runners, dogs, bikes, scooters, and strollers head out to enjoy this lovely path through our town. We notice and appreciate your efforts, even if we don’t see you!
