SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES
November 12, 2024, Regular Board Meeting
Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:01pm

Members present: Lindemann, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-Bristle  5 public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for October 8, 2024
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To adopt ordinance 54 an ordinance to regulate and/or prohibit the ownership, possession, and maintenance of animals within the township that are dangerous, at large, or offensive due to creating a nuisance.
4. To have ER Lawn Service be responsible for snow removal at the town hall for 2024–2025 winter months.
5. Warrants
