Manchester Community Schools Invitation to Bid

Manchester Community Schools has posted invitations to bid for the Athletic Track Improvements and for Klager Elementary School’s Renovations. A pre-bid conference will be held at the Luther C. Klager Elementary School Cafeteria, 405 Ann Arbor Street, Manchester, MI on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm for the Athletic Track Improvements, and at 3:30 for Klager Elementary renovations. Attendees can enter the cafeteria directly. Please note, attending the pre-bid conference is not mandatory, just helpful.

Lump sum sealed proposals will be received addressed to, Dr. Brad Bezeau, Superintendent, Manchester Community Schools, 710 E. Main Street, Manchester, MI by 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2024. Proposals will only be accepted on the proposal form provided under specification section 004126. The bids will be opened publicly at 2:15 pm at the same location and date. (Subject to the requirements of the Law.)

Bid Documents, drawings and specifications will be available for electronic download through Moore Trosper Construction Company and Procore. Potential bidders that would like access to the documents should contact Heather Place at hplace@mooretrosper.com or calling (517) 694-6310. Bidders are responsible for ALL documents and cost of printing and shipping of plan and specs. Documents obtained from sources other than Moore Trosper’s Procore site shall be used at the risk of the bidder.
