Phoenix Waters and Chase Packard

Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Waters of Manchester are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Phoenix, to Chase Packard of Tecumseh. Chase is the son of Rebecca and Robert Packard, is a graduate of Clinton High School, and is employed by Valley Freightliner of Toledo while he finishes his apprenticeship. Phoenix is a Manchester alumni and is working toward a master’s in English from Siena Heights. The couple are planning a summer wedding for 2026.
