Chef Keegan to teach sourdough starter workshop

The Manchester District Library (MDL) will host Chef Keegan of The Lakehouse Bakery on Thursday, January 16, at 6pm for a sourdough starter workshop. Learn all about artisan bread-making hands-on, and make your own sourdough starter to take home. Materials provided; all ages welcome. Advance registration is required. Sign up at the circulation desk, by phone at (734) 428-8045, or by using our online registration form.
