SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

January 14, 2025, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:00pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible, absent—none, 3 public in attendance.

The board heard public comments, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for December 10, 2024
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To schedule with WWCA- Doug Parr and Jim Coval for an investigation of code violations at 11445 Waters Road.
4. To send annual invoices to PLPOA for $125 and WWCA for $225 to upload and maintain information on the Freedom Township website.
5. To approve having the township attorney attend a future planning commission meeting to advise the township on the Stoneco Amendment application for the Burmeister Pit.
6. Warrants
