Public Hearing Notice

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Manchester Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 7pm. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on a proposed variance at the property located at 11703 Noggles Road.

LOCATION:

275 S. Macomb Street, Manchester, MI, 48158

REQUEST:
Applicant requests a modified front yard setback to accommodate parking at the Iron Creek Preserve bridge access point.

SECTIONS REGARDING:
Per Article 13.01, Off-Street Parking, Subsection F, item 2, “No off-street parking spaces shall be located in the front yard setback or when the lot is a corner lot, the parking spaces shall not be located within the required setback of either street.

Public Inspection: A copy of the proposed site plan is available for public inspection at the Manchester Township offices during normal business hours.

Written Comments: Written comments regarding the request may be submitted to the Manchester Township Clerk in person or via email at mtwp_clerk@sbcglobal.net.

Accessibility: This notice complies with 1976 PA 267, MCL 15.261 through 15.275, the Michigan Open Meetings Act (OMA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Manchester Township will provide auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the hearing, to individuals with disabilities upon reasonable notice to the Manchester Township Clerk.
