UPDATE: Family History Guild holding after-hours lock-in CANCELED

Update 4-13-2025: The Family History Guild has cancelled the after-hours lock-in research event scheduled for Saturday, April 19 due to the Easter holiday. The next event will be held on May 17 starting at 2pm.

The Family History Guild will hold after-hours lock-in research events on the third Saturday of each month through May 2025; the next event will be held on April 19 starting at 2pm. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop if they are able. These events are open to all community members interested in genealogical research, and Manchester District Library provides no-cost, onsite access to Ancestry.com.

Stop by the library or visit the event calendar for information about this and other great programs for all ages at the Manchester District Library (MDL). MDL is proud to serve the City of Manchester, Manchester Township, Bridgewater Township, and Freedom Township. Village of Clinton and Clinton Township residents are also eligible for MDL library cards and welcome to use all MDL resources. Members of the public are welcome to attend. MDL hours are Monday–Thursday, 10am–8pm, Friday, 10am–6pm, and Saturday, 10am–2pm. The most up-to-date hours and the latest news are always available on the MDL website.
