NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, theManchester Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 7:00 pm. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on a proposed variance in the AR, Agricultural Residential Zoning District, located at 17970 English Road, Manchester 48158 (PID: P -16-21-100-009).

TIME & LOCATION: Manchester Township Hall at 6:00 pm, 275 S. Macomb Street, Manchester, MI, 48158

REQUEST: Relief from Section 5.04(E)(2), which requires all structures to have a minimum thirty (30) foot setback. The applicant is requesting a deviation of five (5) feet, for a total setback of twenty-five (25) feet.

PUBLIC INSPECTION: A copy of the proposed request is available for public inspection at the Manchester Township offices during normal business hours.

ACCESSIBILITY: This notice complies with 1976 PA 267, MCL 15.261 through 15.275, the Michigan Open Meetings Act (OMA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Manchester Township will provide auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the hearing, to individuals with disabilities upon reasonable notice to the Manchester Township Clerk.
