NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

Notice is hereby given that the Bridgewater Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Hall (10990 Clinton Road, Manchester, MI 48158) for the purpose of receiving comments on proposed amendments to Section 5.201 (Accessory Dwelling) of the Zoning Ordinance No. 67 to modify the format of this section and to revise the floor area standards for an accessory dwelling in the Rural Districts and Residential Districts.

The proposed amendments may be viewed at the Township Hall by appointment through the Township Clerk’s office; please call (517) 513-9525 or email bridgewatertwpclerk@yahoo.com. Written comments on the proposed amendments may be mailed to: Bridgewater Township Planning Commission, 10990 Clinton Road, Manchester, MI 48158. Necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services will be provided to individuals with disabilities at the public hearing upon five days’ notice to the Township Clerk.
