PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the City of Manchester Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Manchester City Offices located at 912 City Road, Manchester, MI 48158 on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. During this meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following matter:

Variance for 311 E. Main Street on Sec. 151.068 (B) (2) (a) to allow for the placement of an accessory structure to be located in a location that is not in the rear of the property.

Variance for 311 E. Main Street on Sec. 151.068 (B) (2) (e) to allow for the placement of an accessory structure to be closer than 10 feet to a property line.

Persons or their duly appointed representative having interest in said applications shall be there and then be heard at the above described meetings or adjournment thereof relative to any matters that should come before the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Details concerning the aforementioned matters may be examined by interested persons and written comments will be received, at the City of Manchester offices at 912 City Road during office hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
