On March 28 from 10am to noon, Legacy Land Conservancy will be leading a workday at Iron Creek Preserve located at 11703 Noggles Rd. Come help remove the invasive species garlic mustard. Volunteers will be hand-pulling garlic mustard and disposing of the invasive species in garbage bags provided by Legacy so it doesn’t re-establish itself after being pulled.

Dress for the weather and in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Wear a long sleeve shirt, pants, and closed toe shoes, regardless of the temperature. It will help protect from poison ivy, ticks, and getting scratched up while working outside. Bring a water bottle, bug spray, and sunscreen. Legacy will provide tools and work gloves, but you are welcome to bring your own if you have a pair you like.

Please RSVP by filling out the Google form (which you can reach by visiting https://legacylandconservancy.org/events/ and scrolling down and clicking on “3/28/26 Workday at Iron Creek Preserve,” then clicking “Register“.)
