Community “sends off” seniors with a car parade
On Sunday afternoon, community members lined Main Street and waved, clapped, shouted congratulations to, and even confetti-ed Manchester High School seniors who rode in decorated cars and trucks through the Village. Signs of the times
Over the past several weeks, many yard signs have popped up around the community, along with messages chalked on the sidewalks throughout the village. The messages of hope, support, and community have helped to buoy emotions during what has been a difficult nine weeks of isolation for many.

The Manchester Athletic Boosters, along with the community, honored the graduating 2020 seniors by lighting the football field on May 20th at 8:20 pm for 20 minutes and 20 seconds. The seniors’ names were read over the loud speaker as well. Another tribute will be held in May, with more details coming.
