Manchester resident wins Best Lifter at APF Tri-state Invitational

Manchester resident, 19-year old Legolas Stewart, won the 2022 American Powerlifting Federation Tri-state Invitational Best Lifter in Men’s Raw Division on November 12 in Brentwood, Tennessee. Stewart was able to squat 507 pounds, deadlift 617 pounds, and bench 374 pounds. He has been training on his own since he was 13.
