There were 7 Calls for Service in Manchester Village.

  • Deputies responded to a hit and run crash at the corner of Main St. and Union St. A truck had backed into the fire hydrant at this location and fled the scene without reporting the damage. Anyone with information on the incident should contact the Sheriff’s Office.
  • A crash was reported on Main St. near Adrian St. when the deputy arrived the vehicle present was simply disabled and had not been involved in a crash.

FOR: September 5th –September 11th, 2014

There were 33 Calls for Service in Manchester Village

  • Deputies responded to a crash at M52/Hogan. It was determined that the crash occurred outside the Village and was turned over to the Michigan State Police for investigation.
  • A report of Fraud was made in the 300Blk of S. Macomb St. Funds had fraudulently been obtained from a bank account. The incident also involved the fraudulent use of a business name from out of State. The incident remains under investigation and has been reported to federal authorities due to its interstate nature.
  • An open business door was located in the 200Blk of Main St. while Deputies were walking foot patrol overnight. There was no evidence of criminal activity. The business owner was notified.
  • Deputies responded to two unrelated Burglary Alarms in the 400Blk of City St and 500Blk of Galloway. In both instances the properties were determined to be secure.
