Klager Senior Luncheon

Last Wednesday, Klager Elementary held the annual Senior Luncheon, an opportunity for area senior citizens to have lunch with the 3rd and 4th graders, receive a tour of the building by a student and be entertained by all of the grades singing Christmas songs. Every year the event is organized by the Klager PTO and for the third consecutive year, Jill Corwin, PTO board member, has chaired or co-chaired the luncheon. A ton of work went into making this event a success again this year including making sure all the food was ready, procuring pies and recruiting volunteers. Hats off to Jill.  This year 93 guests and about 200 kids in addition to staff were served lunch.
