Manchester Girls Basketball Invitational on January 23rd

Manchester 5th and 6th grade girls basketball is hosting an invitational tournament at the Manchester High School on January 23rd. Tip-off is at 9:00 am with four teams competing in each grade level.  Admission is $2; seniors and preschool and younger are free.

Games are being officiated by Manchester varsity girls basketball players. Varsity Lady Dutch is a third of the way through a fantastic season, where they have out scored opponents by 10 or more points in all seven wins. In their last game they defeated Hanover-Horton (6-2) 37-21.  Their only loss was in over-time to Napoleon (8-0), which the Lady Dutch will face again at home, the day before the invitational on January 22nd.

The invitational will raise funds for all Manchester Girls Basketball. Concessions will be open, and play will continue into the afternoon. Come watch the future of Manchester's successful girls basketball program.
