The Student of the Month for March is Nehemiah Ingram. He is currently a senior at Manchester High School. He is the son of Lynnette Clark and the stepson of Patrick Clark of Manchester.

During his high school career here at Manchester, Nehemiah has been a DECA chapter President. He is also a member of the Bow Tie Society and is the Spanish Club Vice President. Nehemiah has also been involved with Varsity Track.

In addition to his high school activities, Nehemiah is the team leader and fundraiser organizer of the 2016 Out of Darkness walk. He is also a 4-H member, a mentor, and the 2016 MLK Day keynote speaker at MMS. Nehemiah is also a Vacation Bible School volunteer, Ice Cream Social volunteer, Haiti Health Kit assembly volunteer, and a Relay for Life participant.

After high school, Nehemiah plans on attending Grand Valley State University to begin his journey of becoming a Physician’s Assistant.

Manchester Civic Club, in collaboration with the faculty and administration of Manchester High School, selects the Student of the Month from applicants based on academic achievement, leadership/participation in extra-curricular activities, and all around service to the school and community.
