An ordinance to amend Ordinance 54 of the ordinances of Bridgewater Township.

The Township of Bridgewater, Washtenaw County, Michigan ordains:

Section 1. Amendment to Section 11.6

Section 11.6 of Ordinance 54 of the ordinances of Bridgewater Township is amended in its entirety to read as follows:

11.6 The appropriate Connection Fees must be paid in full at the time of application, unless the Township Board, at its sole discretion, permits a deferral of payment over a period of time and at an interest rate determined by the Board in its sole discretion. No building permit shall be issued unless and until all appropriate Connections Fees have been paid, unless the Township Board has granted a deferral.

Section 2. Saving Provision.

All sections of the Bridgewater Township Ordinance 54 not amended by this ordinance shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 3. Effective Date

This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its adoption.
