Manchester District Library Family History Guild will be hosting Katherine Willson, speaking on the topic of "Resources for Genealogical Research in Foreign Countries" on Tuesday October 17, 2017 at 7 pm at the Manchester District Library in the conference room next to the elevator on the first floor. Katherine Willson is a renowned professional genealogist,  who has taught classes in Genealogy 101, Genealogy 102 and Computer Genealogy for the Ann Arbor Rec & Ed since 2001.  She has compiled a list of over 11,200 Facebook genealogy links (updated in June 2017), and is the president of Michigan Genealogical Council. Her enthusiasm for genealogy and teaching are quickly evident; when entering the room she is in, she bubbles with energy!

If you are stuck researching your relatives overseas, plan to attend this presentation as it will be chock full of informative and helpful resources. Hope to see you there!
