Cookies and Carols a Delicious and Sonorous Success
Springerle Cookies, an old German tradition maintained by Howard Parr, among others.
The Manchester Area Historical Society held their annual Cookies and Carols holiday party last week. The event ran from 7:30pm to well past 9pm at the Sharon United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall out north of the Village on M-52, (technically, 19980 Pleasant Lake Road, at the corner with M-52).

Ray Steinbach and Luke March. Mr. March is an engineer at Chrysler, and a blacksmith. He was eager to join to group when he heard they owned a blacksmith shop.
