CAS Performs at The Wild Acorn

The students from the Cultural Art Strings Program (CAS) performed at The Wild Acorn on Saturday Night.  Business owners Dee and Roger Miles graciously hosted the event, offered snacks, and even opened their storage room as a craft center for those kids who came to check out instruments and get information on the CAS summer camp – or those who were dragged along with an older sibling!  As always, the art gallery is a beautiful setting for this type of event and the music was wonderful.  It’s hard to believe that some of these kids have only been playing for a short time.

For those who might be interested in the CAS summer program, see their website here or contact Aileen Rohwer, director of the program, at aileen@culturalartstrings.org.
