Senior Fitness, Fun, and Friends – Free Class Offered at the Wellness Center
From the Chelsea Wellness Center:
Seniors! Looking for a joint-safe, low-impact workout? No need to get on the floor, we use chair and standing exercises! Come join us at the Manchester Wellness Centers for a gentle but challenging head-to-toe workout.
Improve circulation, lubricate joints, improve balance, core strength, and much more. Exercise while having fun and making friends! Check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, and proper shoes that offer safety and support. Drink water before, during, and after exercise. Arthritis Foundation Certified Instructors.
