First Gazebo Concert Marks the Beginning of Summer

This summer marks the twenty-sixth year of Summer Concerts at the gazebo in Wurster Park. As is tradition, the first concert of the year was specifically geared for the kids. Guy Louis did not disappoint.  “Where’s my Band!” were the first words out of his mouth as he gathered all the willing kids to the gazebo stairs. Louis passed out hand instruments and paraded with the kids through the park. After that, the children never stopped dancing.

Bring lawn chairs, a blanket, or perhaps even a picnic dinner next Thursday at 7:30 to hear the Blue Water Ramblers’ extraordinary folk songs of Michigan. The remainder of this summer’s concert lineup can be found HERE.
