Middle School Variety Show Wraps

On June 10 & 11, the Manchester Middle School held its 13th Annual Variety Show. The show was organized and sponsored by Manchester Voices. Volunteers included parents of performers, high school students, recent graduates, and Manchester Voices Coalition Members who served as curtain crew, stage crew, and communication specialists. Lindsay Hannah, Manchester Voices organizer, would like to especially acknowledge Jesse Dunny and Nicole Drake. Drake, a parent volunteer, stepped into the director position which included helping performers perfect their stage presence and educating the stage crew on behind the scenes operations. Dunny ran the audio equipment and made sure there were additional mics which eased the transitions between performances.

Everyone is invited to attend the next Manchester Voices meeting, July 14, 6 - 7:30pm in Carr Park which will include a celebration of the participants of the Variety Show with an ice cream social picnic and planning for next year’s Variety Show.
