OTHER INFORMATION FROM THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE

The Red Barrel in the Manchester Village Offices continues to successfully receive prescription medications for destruction. It was recently emptied of 11.45lbs of pills. To keep the Red Barrel an on-going success the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office would like people to please observe that no liquids, creams, inhalers or needles can be accepted in the Red Barrel. Also all pills must be removed from their containers and placed into a plastic baggie (available on the wall) before being deposited in the Red Barrel.
