Manchester Community Schools’ superintendent Dr. Brad Bezeau announced last week that Josh Lindeman has been selected as the new principal of Manchester Jr/Sr High School. He stated, “We are incredibly excited for Mr. Lindeman to continue his work at Manchester Jr/Sr High School.”

Lindeman has been serving as interim principal since Wendy Bridges, the district’s last high school principal, left the district on March 21 to become principal at Lincoln High School. When Lindeman stepped in as interim, he was Riverside Intermediate School’s principal, a role superintendent Bezeau took on in his absence. The position was posted shortly after Bridges announced she was leaving and high school principal candidates were interviewed in April.

When asked if a new Riverside principal would be hired or if the new superintendent would be serving as Riverside principal next year, Dr. Bezeau, who is leaving the district at the end of June, stated, “We are currently working through the budget process for the upcoming school year, and the next superintendent will certainly be a big part of that [decision].”

In addition to his role as principal, Lindeman also serves as Manchester’s varsity football coach.

Congratulations, Josh Lindeman!
