Community Business Expo Scheduled for June 4th at Chi-Bro Park

The 2014 Manchester Business Expo had gorgeous weather and a good turn-out.

The Manchester Area Chamber of Commerce is holding its eighth annual Community Business Expo on Thursday, June 4, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm in Chi-Bro Park, in conjunction with the weekly Thursday Farmers Market. A number of local businesses, non-profit community service organizations, and school organizations will be present in booths to present what they have to offer to the community. Other activities associated with the Expo are currently being planned.

This Expo location is new for this year, reflecting the move of the Farmers Market from Adrian Street to Chi-Bro Park due to the Main Street Bridge reconstruction and traffic detour routes through downtown Manchester scheduled for later this summer. As in past years, the Farmers Market will be open at the same time with its offerings of fresh produce and local goods.

Everyone is encouraged to stop by and see what our community provides. Please mark your calendars for Thursday, June 4, and come down and visit! This is also a major boost for the Chamber's “buy local” initiatives.
