A severe cold snap, which reportedly even saw some snowflakes falling around Washtenaw County on Saturday, didn’t deter the members of the Manchester Kiwanis Club from its annual Cider Sale.

Selling half-gallon jugs of fresh local apple cider for $5 apiece on the major intersections around the village, Kiwanians were seeking to raise funds for its various youth projects.

Members of the High School Key Club, the Middle School Builders Club, and the Klager K-Kids, and the programs in which they participate, will benefit from the generous donations of those who purchased cider last weekend.
