Halloween in the Village of Manchester is always exciting, with trick-or-treating, caramel apples from the Chamber of Commerce, pumpkin bowling from the Lions Club, books from the friends of the library and new this year, a costume contest and other activities at the mill. What was especially notable this Halloween was a flash mob dance number to Michael Jackson's "Thriller." The event was coordinated by Anya Noveskey, owner of Dance with Heart studio on Main Street and featured her students and special guest dancer, Ja’Vaughn White from Adrian. The dancers preformed in Wurster Park near the gazebo and on Adrian Street in front of the Mill.
