TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING SYNOPSIS

The regular monthly meeting of the Bridgewater Township Board of Trustees was called to order by Supervisor Fromhart at 7:00 pm. Five board members were present (quorum) with 5 citizens in attendance. Board heard citizen participation. Board approved the 7-Feb-19 meeting minutes as presented. Board approved the agenda as presented. Board held public hearing on 2019-2020 budget. Board approved Township Officers Salary Resolutions. Board approved General Appropriations Act Resolution. Board approved PSLZ LLP as the board auditor. Board approved Year-End General Fund Budget Amendments. Board approved monthly disbursements of $44,476.57. Board approved Regular Meeting Dates Resolution. Board approved Policy to Waive Penalties for Failure to File Property Transfer Affidavit Resolution. Board approved Village of Clinton Fire Department Services Contract 2019-2021. Board heard clerk, supervisor, treasurer, & trustee reports. Board received written reports from the treasurer & zoning administrator. Board heard citizen participation. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm.
